A celebration of delicious Acadian food, culture and lively music! Menu includes Tortieres (meat pies), hearty chicken stew, patates fricassees (beef & potatoes), Pot en Pot (pork, beef and chicken separated by layers of dumplings), hearty pea soup, baked bean, Ployes (buckwheat pancakes), homemade biscuits, sugar pie, molasses cookies, bread pudding, cinnamon rolls and cretons & crackers. Cost: $15 adults; $7.50 children. Prize will be awarded for the Best Acadian Clothing for male and female.
